Jeff Croft

Chief Designerd

The Chief Designerd’s role is to seamlessly blend form and function to create wonderful experiences on the interwebs.

Jeff created his first website in 1994 and has been kickin’ ass ever since. He has co-authored two books, Pro CSS Techniques (with Dan Rubin and Ian Lloyd) and Web Standards Creativity (with several of web design’s big players). Perhaps his crowning achievement is being listed as one of the 30 most influential people in web design. If you’re lucky you’ll catch Jeff as he travels around the world, talking about design, promoting web standards and other best practices. Oh, and a word of warning, if Jeff ever corners you and starts speaking about “Django” your safe word is “karaoke.”
