With capabilities reaching far beyond mainstream event planning, Forums turned to nGen Works to design a site that brought more attention to the company and showcased the true value it delivers to some of the world’s leading brands. A growing portfolio of work called for a stronger presentation of Forums’ process, so we helped them tell the stories of their most notable projects in a case studies section that includes detailed notes on strategy and production management and images of the events.
Forums specializes in connecting clients with their Latin American, Caribbean and U.S. Hispanic audiences, a distinction made possible by a culture-savvy, personable leadership team that’s fully involved with every aspect of its events. To underscore their accessibility to clients, we used an existing content management system to integrate new features that made it easier for users to contact the team members and created a blog section that gives site visitors an inside view of Forums’ people, projects and expertise.
