      <content:encoded><![CDATA[That's my biggest gripe. 

They always seem to have already answered the questions without even talking to a designer at all. Who knows if those are the right questions to ask? Did they do the proper research or is this based on opinion?

For all the money that's associated with RFP's its interesting to see that most of them start off on the wrong foot.]]></content:encoded>
