Do Ask, Don’t Tell: The Evolution of Succeeding Online.

Although those of us who create for the internet have often been at odds with those who work in the search and social media fields, we need to embrace the bigger picture of how people actually use the internet today. We — and our clients — need to realize we are not the beginning or the end of someone’s experience. In fact, the experience doesn’t end; it continues if what we create is part of it or not.

This is very insightful and certainly offers something to consider deeply when creating something that we want to generate talk about.

great talk Carl.. I am finding myself having the same basic conversation with new and prospective clients.. long gone are the days when companies should be ducking from online criticism. This criticism – good or bad – is the perfect chance for them to engage their users..

also – the middle of the road should be avoided because nobody wants to talk about the mundane. be exceptional in one way or another..

Thanks Mr. Peck. As is becoming obvious, I love talking about stuff!

Dustin I completely agree with your comment. Embrace the negative and be awesome. BTW, love your work.
