Resyncing Our RSS Feed
Posted by: nGen Works on Thursday May 17, 2007
Sorry to our RSS subscribers who have been pinged quite a few times over the past few days as we’ve been running into a few feed validation problems. Apparently, ExpressionEngine isn’t liking textile parsing within RSS, but it all seems to be worked out to the point that you won’t get a previously read feed repeating now.
Explanation minus the geek speak it’s fixed!
Update:
ExpressionEngine is mocking me. As I refresh my feed after posting this, a nasty little “{/exp:xml_encode}” has appeared at the bottom of each post. To the forums!
Update @ 11:33am:
Everything is fine, dandy and validating thanks to a certain XML ninja in the ExpressionEngine forums. Thanks, Robin!
